Join us for “An Evening with Victoria Eady Butler” as we welcome the first female African American Fifth Generation Master Blender and the first ever back-to-back Master Blender of the Year award winner, Victoria Eady Butler.

Held in honor of National Women’s History Month, this historic event will take place at W.Social Tap & Table, Dayton’s first food hall owned by black or minority-owned businesses, located in the historic Wright Dunbar district.

Victoria Eady Butler will be speaking about her experience at Uncle Nearest, the first female African American & 5th generation Master Blender, and the impact of her great-great grandfather Nathaniel Greene. Local radio personality Faith Daniels will emcee the event. Guests are encouraged to dress their best.

This is a ticketed private event, with $40 General Admission seating, $60 for VIP seating, and $30 standing bar seats. All attendees will enjoy one Uncle Nearest cocktail and a tasting, light nibbles, and Uncle Nearest swag. VIP attendees will have preferred seating near the front, two cocktails, a tasting, Uncle Nearest Cigar Holders, a $5 value Cigar, and an opportunity to be present for the media-secluded interview.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hear from one of the most accomplished Master Blenders of the Year and learn about her journey to success. After the event, there will be a bottle signing in the tent and a cigar lounge set up on the outdoor patio complete with heaters, where attendees can continue their evening. Guests are asked to bring their own bottle to be signed.

We are proud to share that “An Evening with Victoria Eady Butler” is officially part of Uncle Nearest’s HBCU Old Fashioned Challenge. $2 from each General Admission, $4 from each VIP ticket sold and $1 from every Old Fashioned cocktail sold during the event will be donated to help raise $1 million for Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
